Our Story
Hunters Property Consultants was established in 2015 by Malekano Phiri. The firm was established on the basic premise of providing world class property consultancy services in Zambia to both the residents and foreign investors with a view of expanding internationally.
Hunters has experience in Zambia conducting property sales, letting, property and facilities management, property appraisal, shopping mall tenant mixing and centre management, housing development and lay out planning and pricing in Zambia. With this unique experience coupled with the team’s mixed training in the UK, Australia and Zambia provides us with a rare opportunity to understand the complex requirements of high profile international clients.
We apply our understanding, insight, experience, intelligence and resources to help clients in markets around Africa to make informed real estate decisions.
With this background, Hunters boasts of a unique ability to provide property services in Zambia and beyond with a special understanding of the continents complex social, political and economic cultures, which can all have a major effect on real estate owned in Africa.
